I am a Global Impact & Policy advisor with 13 years of experience across Africa, the Caribbean, and global policy spaces.

My journey began in Haiti, where I worked with grassroots organizations and later transitioned to leading large-scale GESI initiatives with global humanitarian organizations across West, Central, and East Africa.

What Drives Me? In today’s challenging global landscape, marked by conflict, climate change, and shifting funding priorities, organizations need more than a checklist approach to gender and inclusion. They need strategic, results-driven, culturally relevant solutions that drive lasting impact. That’s where I come in!
